Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
We currently offer the following U.S. 

Shipping options:
● USPS Ground Advantage: $5.99 — delivery within 3-5 business days after processing
● UPS 3 Day Select: $10.99 — delivery within 3 business days after processing
● Free Standard Shipping: Available on U.S. orders over $70

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with your tracking information.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once your order has
been packed, it’s out of our hands. However, if you’ve just placed your order, email us at
info@amayahjewelry.com as soon as possible with your order number—we’ll do our best to
catch it in time.

Shipping times are estimates and do not include our 1–2 business-day processing period.
Amayah is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other
circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an eligible item.
Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, perfume, makeup, or other use will not be
accepted.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
To request a return or exchange, email amayahjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and
the item you would like to return. Returns must be approved before they are mailed back.
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged,
defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and approve it, your refund will be issued directly to your original
payment method.

Please keep in mind that it may take a few days for your bank or card company to process and
post the refund.
